CEO and Chief Medical Liaison
Dr. Grace Ng (Lai) is an experienced healthcare and technology CEO with a background in medical, IT, business, and neuroscience. After an international career in IT, she transitioned into healthcare, beginning as a doctor training in neurosurgery before being drawn to digital health and networked service businesses. She saw these as avenues to scale and democratise healthcare access. In early 2023, Grace founded a pioneering mental health clinic in Niddrie, Victoria, with the mission to revolutionise mental health treatment in Australia. Compassionate and dedicated, she advocates for a collaborative approach to patient care, recognising the critical role of behavioural change, neuroplasticity, and community support in achieving sustainable health outcomes.
Kyle Bernier, MAATC
Service Designer and Mental Health Practitioner
Kyle is a service designer, award-winning author, and trained mental health therapist, working in MN. He is a staunch mental health advocate who understands user experience and brings his expertise to Brain Aid Clinics as a service designer, designing the best possible experience for our patients. Kyle has worked in a variety of mental health settings, including community care, and both in-patient and residential treatment centers. With a shared interest in mental health and service design, Kyle brings empathy and understanding to the work he does. He is based in the United States where he currently works.
Mau Bandalan
Project Manager and Patient Support
Mau is a Project Manager Extraordinaire and mental health advocate, provides skills in administration, marketing, and process improvement. She also blends her operational expertise with a heartfelt commitment to support mental health causes in the community and make a positive impact. Her journey reflects the powerful fusion of practical proficiency and a sincere dedication to helping those facing mental health challenges in the community. Kelly Craddock
Relationship Manager
Kelly started her career in retail management in Wales after earning a degree in Business Studies, majoring in marketing. After traveling and settling in Australia, she transitioned into recruitment and later commercial sales, which allowed her to explore remote parts of the country. Inspired by the mental health struggles of family and friends, Kelly became a support worker for the NDIS. After meeting Dr. Grace Ng and witnessing the life-changing impact of her pioneering mental health treatments, Kelly now assists in raising awareness about these revolutionary therapies for individuals and families.
